Caveat
Sherlock Holmes is in the public domain, as are the works of H.P. Lovecraft and Alexander Dumas. However, freshly-created, original fiction is the copyright of the author. Note that my work adresses adult themes, and is therefore not recommended for YA or children.

The View From the Keyboard

Mike launched a writing blog in May, 2016, to host both news of his ongoing endeavours and essays on the writing game in general. The View From the Keyboard has been maintained ever since, albeit less frequently in later years, and, obviously, with more emphasis on publications as they accrued to talk about.

Click the link above to go to the blog, where you'll find every word and image Mike has uploaded since the very beginning. A log-in difficulty occurred some years ago which caused a full re-upload of the contents, over eighty posts, which of course from then on registered as being on one date. (The original upload dates are quoted in the posts themselves, and they are in chronological order.)

Some interesting essays on the various elements of writing are to be found, along with annual posts on the statistics of the grand project, which may be of interest to other writers on similar paths. Click the quick links to go to just a few of the stand-out posts.
