In early 2008 we changed over from printing and binding in Australia, to
using the services of the world's premier POD printshop, Lulu.com. With the launch of the
new website in June '08, none of our titles are manufactured downunder ... the quality of the
Lulu.com product is tremendous, and we're excited about making the change.
Also, they have workshops in the USA, UK and EU, and Australia (as of June '08) so they'll
always be shipping from a location quite near to you, making
postage costs somewhat less than you've been accustomed to, during the years of ordering
direct from Australia.
Meanwhile, our giftware is manufactured by Zazzle.com ...
and again, the quality is great. Visit the Gift Store and check out the range

Our eBooks and other downloadable products are hosted and 'wrangled' by Payloadz. The power

RETURNS POLICY
Problems with goods delivered to you? Contact the Customer Service departments at Lulu.com
and Zazzle.com if you're not 100% delighted with your purchases. They're friendly, helpful, and
will be able to rectify whatever problems in good order. Please choose your e-goods carefully,
because we can't offer returns on these. We're delighted to replace them, in the
event that a file was corrupt upon delivery, but returns for e-goods are not possible.
